Slightly less guilty

A friend of mine posted these '4 ingredient' chocolate chip cookies on facebook.  I added the dessicated coconut, making it 5 ingredients.  I figure if there's no butter and no white sugar they must be better to eat than the standard fare.  Better for your body.  Depending on how many of them you choose to eat.  Here's the recipe.

Chocolate Chip Cookies
3 Ripe bananas
1 cup quick oats
1/2 c choc chips
1 heaping spoonful of natural peanut butter
1/2 c dessicated coconut

Mix well
Plop spoonfuls onto baking sheet
Bake at 350 for 15 min

  2. ummmm...not exactly cookies. more like little mini, chewy cakes. But chocolate chips make everything better.
